Math Cats Wendy Petti, creater of Math Cats, has created a wonderful site with puzzles, interactive projects, contests,  and printable activities. Plus a section for parents and teachers that has an Idea Bank created by teachers who love math!
Math Forum  From K-12 to college and beyond, the Math Forum has assembled an in-depth compendium of math resources by grade and topic. Unlike Cool Math or Math Cats, Math Forum is like the Yahoo of all math sites. While you won't get immediate "fun" activities, you will be able to pinpoint specific math needs for your student.
