We do not endorse every idea promoted on the sites below, but we do recognize biblical diversity among God's people as we explore ways to carry out God's work of reconciliation.
International Reconciliation Coalition This organization is international in scope and rich in resources. Led by John Dawson, author of Healing America's Wounds, The International Reconciliation Coalition spreads its message through special events and literature. Included on this website is a biblical apologetic for the concept of identificational repentance - a controversial concept, but one every true reconciler should at least investigate.
Concerts of Prayer Greater New York (COPGNY) COPGNY has a five year plan: "Effect the transformation of Greater New York, and through it the world, by leading a prayer movement dedicated to Revival in the church; Reconciliation between churches and races; Reformation of society; and the Reaching of the lost." is devoted to a four-fold mission - Revival, Reconciliation, Reformation, and Reaching the Lost."
A Campaign for Forgiveness Research This unique and unusual site promotes the study of forgiveness and its power to change individual lives, marriages, families, communities and even entire nations through the simple act of forgiveness. Documents the power of forgiveness to prevent heart disease, stop crime at its source and many other benefits.
South Africa's Truth and Reconciliation Commission In 1995, the South African government established the Truth and Reconciliation Commission (TRC) to study South Africa's brutal history of apartheid and seek for ways to bind up and heal the nation's deep wounds.
- Register of Reconciliation - (unlimited): A powerful listing of personal confessions and expressions of regret about apartheid. Definitely worth the visit.
